Welcome to the Eximus Solutions Archive Service, your automatic backup haven, as well as a handy spot for storing and fetching phone data. This service is up and running for Eximus Solutions customers across the US, Canada, UK, and Europe.

Requirements To get your Eximus Solutions data archived, it's a hands-on process. You'll need to fire off an email to support@Eximus Solutions.com from the email address you've got on file with us.

How to Access Eximus solutions Archive Service Once we get your request, we'll whip up an archive of your data and send it over to you as a downloadable zip file via email.

Eximus solutions Data Retention Policy

Automatic Call Recordings: We keep these for 30 days, with a limit of 10,000 recordings per account.
On-Demand Call Recordings: Also kept for 30 days, but with a cap of 100 recordings per mailbox, per user.
Fax/Voicemail: These stick around for 7 days with room for 100 messages per folder.
