Acceptable Use Policy

Eximus Solutions Acceptable Use Policy

Hey there! When you use Eximus Solutions services, there are some rules we need you to follow – that's what this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is all about. If you've got an agreement with us, this AUP is part of that handshake deal.

This AUP applies across the board to all Eximus Solutions services. It's a good idea to read through it to understand what's cool and what's not when using our services.

Here's the lowdown on what you can't do with our Services:

  • No Illegal Stuff: Don't use our services for anything that breaks the law.
  • No Reselling: Our services are for you and not for you to sell on.
  • Stay Safe: Please don't use our services for anything that could cause serious harm.
  • Play Fair: Don't step on anyone's toes by infringing on their rights.
  • Protect Kids: Always ensure minors are safe and their privacy is respected.
  • No Nasties: Keep viruses, malware, and all that bad stuff away from our services.
  • Be Nice: Nobody likes a bully, so let's keep things civil.
  • No Fakes: Pretending to be someone you're not is a no-go.
  • Don't Spam: Collecting info without permission or sending out mass messages isn't allowed.
  • Use Wisely: Don't hog the services, disrupt the network, or try to break the system.
  • Keep it Secure: Don't try to hack or bypass any security or usage rules.
  • Special Note for Eximus Solutions MVP Services:

  • Automated No-Nos: Skip the robocalls and auto-dialers, and don't reroute a ton of calls to a single number.
  • Human Touch: We like it when real people use our services in real ways – no bots or weird automated stuff.

Remember, this isn't an exhaustive list. "End User" means anyone who's using our services – like your employees, clients, or even your mom (if she's into that). If we've defined terms in your agreement, they mean the same thing here in this AUP.

If we think you're not playing by the rules, we might need to pull the plug on your services, and we might have to do it without a heads up.

Want to cancel a service?

No sweat. Just let us know in writing within 30 days from when the service started. If you do it on time, you won't be charged for the canceled service going forward, and we might even give you back some cash for any unused time. After 30 days, though, it's all set in stone.

So that's the gist of it. Stick to the rules, and we'll all get along just fine!
